The FNH2-55 air condensers are specifically designed for large-scale cold storage facilities, logistics cooling hubs, and central refrigeration condensing units. Delivering a rated heat dissipation capacity of 18.2 kW with an expansive 55 m² exchange area, these units effectively solve thermal bottlenecks in high-capacity refrigeration systems to maintain constant low temperatures.
Operating refrigeration machinery during peak thermal periods can cause severe head pressure surges and efficiency loss. To mitigate these field challenges, these high-capacity air condensers incorporate dual 180W axial fan motors producing a strong 2×3400 m³/h airflow, combined with mandatory 3.0 MPa pneumatic gas tightness testing to guarantee zero refrigerant leakage and stable condensing pressures.
Engineered with seamless copper tubes mechanically bonded to corrugated aluminum fins in a 4×14 row pattern, these reliable air condensers ensure maximum heat transfer performance with minimal air resistance. The heavy-duty casing with protective coating guards internal components against atmospheric corrosion in outdoor installations.
