The FNV-350 is a heavy-duty V-type split air-cooled condenser engineered specifically for large commercial walk-in coolers, supermarket refrigeration racks, and cold storage warehouses. Delivering a nominal 115.5 kW heat exchange capacity across an expansive 350 m² heat transfer surface, it maintains steady head pressure for R404A, R507A, R134a, R407C, and R22 systems under continuous refrigeration demand.
Large commercial walk-in cooler installations often face thermal overload, high head pressures, and elevated electricity bills during peak ambient summer conditions. The FNV-350 resolves these cooling challenges with a 4×18 multi-circuit copper tube geometry and four φ630 mm axial fans producing a total air volume of 33000 m³/h. Operating at 3×800 W motor power, it delivers high-velocity heat rejection while maintaining low power consumption.
Constructed with inner-grooved seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into high-efficiency corrugated aluminum fins, the FNV-350 guarantees long operating durability and superior heat transfer. Every unit undergoes strict 3.0 MPa pneumatic pressure tightness testing in water tanks prior to dispatch to ensure zero refrigerant leakage under high operating pressures. Its heavy-duty steel frame features electrostatic powder coating to withstand outdoor weather exposure, UV radiation, and atmospheric corrosion.
