The FNV-200 is a commercial V-type split air-cooled condenser engineered specifically for rooftop installations on commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and cold storage plants. Functioning as an efficient air conditioner condenser on roof setups, it delivers a nominal heat dissipation capacity of 66 kW across a 200 m² heat exchange surface, maintaining stable condensing pressures for systems utilizing R407C, R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22 refrigerants.
Rooftop cooling units often face severe thermal loads and solar radiation during peak summer hours, leading to elevated discharge pressures, compressor overheating, and system shutdowns. The FNV-200 resolves these high-ambient challenges with a 4×14 multi-circuit copper tube layout and three φ500 mm axial fan motors generating a powerful total air volume of 3×6,500 m³/h. Drawing 3×414 W of motor power, this layout accelerates thermal rejection while optimizing overall energy efficiency.
Constructed with inner-grooved seamless copper tubing mechanically bonded to high-efficiency corrugated aluminum fins, the FNV-200 is built for continuous outdoor operation. To ensure complete sealing and structural integrity, every unit undergoes 3.0 MPa pneumatic pressure tightness testing in water tanks before leaving the factory. Its heavy-duty coated frame effectively resists atmospheric corrosion, UV exposure, and harsh weather conditions.
