Functioning as an efficient outdoor AC condenser on roof platforms, it delivers a 59.4 kW nominal heat dissipation capacity across a 180 m² heat transfer surface, maintaining stable condensing pressures for R407C, R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22 systems under continuous thermal loads.
Optimized Airflow Dynamics and Thermal Clearance
Rooftop cooling equipment frequently encounters harsh operational conditions, including high solar radiation, severe ambient heat, and airflow resistance that cause high discharge pressure and compressor overheating. The FNV-180 resolves these environmental challenges through a 4×14 multi-circuit copper tube geometry and two φ550 mm axial fans producing a total air volume of 2×8,300 m³/h. Operating at 2×600 W, these fans deliver rapid heat ejection to prevent unexpected high-pressure trips and reduce energy consumption.
Corrosion-Resistant Build for Outdoor Protection
Constructed with inner-grooved seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into corrugated aluminum fins, the FNV-180 ensures high thermal conductivity and long service life. Every unit undergoes strict 3.0 MPa pneumatic pressure tightness testing in water tanks prior to shipment to ensure zero refrigerant leakage under high operating pressures. Its outer casing is protected by electrostatic powder coating to withstand weather elements, UV exposure, and industrial atmospheric corrosion.
