The FNH6-240 is a high-performance fin-type air-cooled condenser engineered for large-scale cold storage rooms, industrial chilling units, and commercial freezing plants. Built to serve as a standard refrigeration condenser, it delivers an impressive 79.2 kW heat dissipation capacity across a massive 240 m² exchange surface, ensuring optimal condensing pressure for R134a, R404A, R507A, and R407C systems under continuous heavy thermal loads.
Large industrial cooling systems often experience thermal overload, high compressor discharge temperatures, and excessive power costs during extreme ambient conditions. The FNH6-240 addresses these system bottlenecks with a robust 6*24 multi-circuit copper tube configuration and six φ450 mm axial fan motors generating an extensive air volume of 28,800 m³/h. This engineered airflow design accelerates heat clearance while keeping total fan power input at a manageable 6*250 W to maximize overall energy efficiency.
Constructed with seamless grooved copper tubes mechanical-expanded into high-efficiency aluminum fins, the FNH6-240 withstands intense operational pressure and harsh atmospheric exposure. Every unit undergoes strict 3.0 MPa air pressure tightness testing prior to leaving the facility, guaranteeing reliable zero-leak operation. Its durable outer casing is treated with powder-coated rust protection, making it highly resilient in humid, dusty, or coastal installations.
