The FNV-240 is a heavy-duty V-type split air-cooled condenser engineered for large commercial cold rooms, food distribution centers, and industrial process cooling plants. Delivering a nominal heat exchange capacity of 79.2 kW across a 240 m² heat transfer area, this commercial condenser stabilizes operating head pressure and prevents thermal overload in systems utilizing R404A, R507A, R134a, R407C, and R22 refrigerants.
Large commercial cooling systems frequently experience high discharge pressures, thermal inefficiency, and rising power bills during peak summer operations. The FNV-240 directly resolves these bottlenecks with its 4×16 multi-circuit copper coil configuration and three φ550 mm axial fan motors producing an impressive total air volume of 24,900 m³/h (3×8,300 m³/h). This optimized airflow layout accelerates thermal dissipation while maintaining energy-efficient fan operation at 3×600 W.
Constructed with seamless inner-grooved copper tubes mechanically expanded into high-density aluminum fins, the FNV-240 guarantees superior heat transfer and long-term operating durability. Every unit undergoes strict 3.0 MPa pneumatic pressure tightness testing in water tanks prior to delivery to ensure absolute zero-leak performance under continuous high-pressure conditions. Its electrostatic powder-coated protective housing effectively resists moisture, UV radiation, and atmospheric corrosion.

Every condenser coil undergoes a 3.0 MPa pneumatic pressure tightness test submerged in water tanks to verify full joint penetration and seamless tube integrity, preventing fatigue leaks caused by pressure fluctuations.
