Operational heat buildup during peak summer temperatures often causes high discharge pressure, compressor strain, and excessive energy consumption in coolroom facilities. The FNV-150 resolves these cooling challenges with a 4×14 circuit copper tube layout and two φ500 mm axial fans generating 13,000 m³/h total airflow. This configuration maximizes thermal rejection speed while maintaining low motor power draw at 2×414 W.
Durable Anti-Corrosion Build and Leak Testing
Manufactured with high-efficiency seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into corrugated aluminum fins, the FNV-150 provides long-term operating durability in demanding environments. Every condenser undergoes 3.0 MPa pneumatic pressure tightness testing in water tanks to ensure complete leak protection. Its compact casing features electrostatic powder coating to withstand outdoor weather exposure.
