The DSD-7.0/40 cold storage indoor unit is a double-outlet air cooler engineered for food processing rooms, fresh produce storage areas, and medium-temperature cold rooms operating above 8°C. Featuring a dual-side air discharge structure and two external rotor fans, this unit delivers gentle, uniform airflow to maintain stable temperatures while minimizing product dehydration. Ideal for food workshops, vegetable storage rooms, and commercial refrigeration projects requiring reliable cooling and quiet operation.
In food processing and storage environments, uneven air circulation and excessive airflow can compromise product quality and create uncomfortable working conditions. The DSD-7.0/40's double-outlet design distributes cold air evenly from both sides, reducing temperature variations throughout the room. Equipped with external rotor motors, the unit operates with low noise and smooth airflow, making it suitable for facilities where stable cooling and environmental comfort are equally important. While primarily designed for medium-temperature applications above 8°C, electric defrost heaters can be added for lower-temperature conditions.
The housing is constructed from aluminum plates with a powder-coated surface, offering corrosion resistance and an attractive appearance. The staggered copper tube arrangement combined with mechanically expanded aluminum fins ensures tight bonding between tubes and fins for optimal heat transfer. This optimized structure enhances cooling performance while simplifying maintenance and supporting long-term operation in commercial refrigeration systems.
