The DSL-32.8/160 high capacity industrial evaporator unit is a dual-outlet ceiling-mounted refrigeration device designed for large medium-temperature cold storage of around 160㎡, such as regional fresh produce distribution centers, pre-made food finished product warehouses and large food processing transfer storage rooms.
With a nominal cooling capacity of 32800W and three 500mm high-efficiency fans delivering 3×6500m³/h bidirectional airflow, it achieves full-coverage uniform air supply across large-span warehouses, effectively reducing temperature differences between the central area and corner zones and avoiding quality degradation of stored goods caused by local temperature overruns.
Large medium-temperature cold storage with high cargo turnover often faces two core challenges: frequent door openings during loading and unloading bring continuous heat load impact, resulting in slow temperature recovery and large fluctuations, which shorten the shelf life of fresh goods; large-area heat exchange coils also have uneven frost accumulation, which reduces overall refrigeration efficiency and increases later maintenance workload.
This evaporator unit adopts a three-fan dual-air duct structure to achieve rapid temperature recovery after door opening, and is equipped with a split high-power electric defrost system to cope with continuous high-load operation and maintain stable cooling performance.
In terms of daily operation and maintenance, this evaporator unit adopts a fully modular structural design. Its fan motor, defrost heating wire and temperature sensing probe all support independent disassembly and replacement, without dismantling the whole unit or affecting the normal operation of other components, which greatly reduces the shutdown loss during maintenance.
The smooth aluminum fin surface and fully detachable drain pan can be cleaned directly with conventional high-pressure water guns, and the daily dust and dirt cleaning work can be completed by on-site management personnel without professional technicians, effectively reducing the long-term operation and maintenance cost of cold storage projects.
