The D7.7E6 air cooler for cold room uses dual 400 mm external rotor fans to distribute cold air evenly across storage racks. By providing a broad air throw of up to 10 meters, this air cooler for cold room eliminates warm pockets and dead zones, ensuring reliable temperature consistency for food processing plants and distribution hubs.
Frost build-up is a constant challenge for operators running continuous sub-zero operations. This air cooler for cold room features an inner-grooved staggered copper tube design paired with a wide 6.0 mm fin pitch. The wider fin spacing significantly delays frost bridging between the aluminum fins, reducing the frequency of energy-consuming defrost shutdowns and keeping the heat transfer rate high even under heavy cold storage loads.
Designed to withstand humid freezing environments, the outer casing is built from corrosion-resistant prepainted steel and rugged aluminum sheets. To make maintenance simple, the 4.7 KW electric defrost system is strategically split between the main evaporator coil and the drain pan, preventing melted ice from refreezing during discharge. To ensure absolute field reliability, every unit is pressure-tested at 2.8 MPa before dispatch.
