The DJ-28.9/170 industrial air cooler for cold room is a high-capacity ceiling-mounted evaporator designed for ultra-large low-temperature cold storage in seafood processing plants, bulk aquatic product freezing facilities, and high-humidity cold chain distribution centers. With a nominal cooling capacity of 28900W, paired with 4 units of 550mm fans delivering 32000m³/h airflow and a 15m air range, it maintains stable temperatures even during continuous operation in high-moisture environments, reducing quality loss caused by temperature fluctuations.
Ultra-large cold storage facilities in seafood processing face unique challenges: high humidity levels cause rapid, widespread frost buildup on evaporator coils, while corrosive saltwater vapors accelerate equipment aging, leading to frequent downtime and increased maintenance costs. The DJ-28.9/170 air cooler addresses these issues with its high-power electric defrost system and anti-corrosion design, minimizing downtime and extending service life in harsh conditions.
Constructed with high-purity copper heat exchange tubes and anti-corrosion aluminum fins with 9mm spacing, this DJ-series air cooler features excellent heat transfer efficiency and rust resistance, optimized for long-term operation in high-humidity, salt-laden environments. The optimized fin design balances airflow efficiency and anti-frost performance, reducing ice buildup even in high-moisture conditions. It is compatible with mainstream refrigerants like R22, R404A, and R507A, and fits seamlessly with most standard condensing units. The ceiling-mounted structure maximizes usable floor space, while the integrated defrost and drain pan design simplifies routine maintenance.
