The SW3H-4000 semi-hermetic screw type compressor offers 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% capacity stages, or stepless regulation from 25% to 100%, allowing output to be adjusted to changing cooling loads.
RefComp's 5/6 asymmetric rotor profile supports smooth compression with reduced gas pulsation and vibration, helping the refrigeration screw compressor maintain stable operation with lower noise.
The RefComp screw compressor uses an INT69 SNY protection module with six series-connected PTC thermistors to monitor motor temperature and provide protection against overheating, reverse rotation and phase loss.
A built-in 100 μm suction filter captures impurities from incoming refrigerant gas, helping protect the motor. Its suction-side positioning allows convenient inspection and replacement in this semi-hermetic screw type compressor.

To select this semi-hermetic screw type compressor, provide the required cooling capacity, refrigerant, evaporating and condensing temperatures, and operating frequency. Its displacement is 118 m³/h at 50 Hz and 142 m³/h at 60 Hz, but actual cooling capacity must be verified against the manufacturer's performance data.
The standard motor uses star-delta starting with 400V/3/50Hz or 460V/3/60Hz power supplies. Verify the starter configuration, wiring sequence, electrical protection settings and motor current requirements before commissioning.
Verify the 54mm (2-1/8") suction and 42mm (1-5/8") discharge connections, along with the 16mm (5/8" SAE) oil-line connection. Check piping compatibility, cleanliness and available service clearance before installation.
Check the condensing pressure, suction superheat, refrigerant charge and system cooling conditions. Compare actual operating values with the manufacturer's specified limits and correct abnormal conditions before continuing operation.
