The screw refrigeration compressor features a 25-bar housing with optimized internal gas passages to reduce flow resistance. Its compact structure integrates the suction filter, shut-off valve and temperature sensor.
Matched bearing assemblies support axial and radial rotor loads, while precision rolling elements and wear-resistant raceways help the semi-hermetic screw compressor reduce friction, vibration and operating noise.
The suction and discharge shut-off valves can rotate through 360° for flexible piping connections. An internal discharge check valve helps prevent refrigerant backflow during shutdown.
The RefComp screw compressor uses star-delta motor starting to limit startup current. Suction-gas cooling helps maintain suitable motor temperatures, with standard three-phase supplies of 400V/50Hz and 460V/60Hz.
