Q: Have you ever worked with other company? A: Our company and our factories has been collaborating provided some qualified OEM and ODM service with many big brands, stores and institutions during past years.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: 5pcs for stocked products (with REL EA brand); 1000pcs for customized product.

Q: Is it possible to print the customer's own logo? A: Absolutely yes.
Q: Can you customize? A: Sure. We have our own designer in-house. You can send us your design or ask us to design for you.
Q: Can I get sample? A: Absolutely, We usually provide an existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when the order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not,you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
Q: How long is the lead time of sample? For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will respond fast to your request.
Q: When to actualize bulk orders after sample confirmation? A:25 days after the customer's payment, specific time to be negotiated. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q: If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us? A:We have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.
