1. Screw It consists of pitch threads and collars alternately sleeved on the screw shaft. Each thread and collar are respectively keyed on the screw shaft. Its function is to prevent the rubber from rotating with the screw, forcing the rubber to change the direction and position of the advancement, and forming a loose and porous shape. Conducive to drying. There are four jackets for heating or cooling on the outside of the cylinder, and the temperature in the machine can be controlled in zones according to process requirements. In the production of styrene-butadiene rubber, it is only used when steam is used to preheat the body before driving.
