Rendering Pre-Breaker Carbon Steel Rendering Plant Crusher
Crusher is used for crushing the whole animal carcasses, and various internal organs and bones from slaughterhouses. Generally use crusher to reduce the size of the material and then delivery by screw conveyor or vane pump before cooking. The motor model and the speed of the crushing shaft can be adjusted according to the production demand, the operation cost is low.The design of quick repair and replacement parts makes the crusher more efficient.
Introduction
The upper end of the main shaft with the crushing cone is supported in the bush in the middle of the beam, and the lower end is placed in the eccentric hole of the shaft sleeve. When the shaft sleeve rotates, the crushing cone makes an eccentric revolving motion around the center line of the machine. Its crushing action is continuous, so the work efficiency is higher than that of the jaw crusher. By the early 1970s, the large-scale gyratory crusher was able to process 5000 tons of materials per hour, and the maximum feed diameter could reach 2000 mm. The gyratory crusher realizes the adjustment of the discharge port and overload insurance in two ways: one is a mechanical method, with an adjustment nut on the upper end of the main shaft, rotating the adjustment nut, the crushing cone can be lowered or raised, so that the discharge port will follow When the load becomes larger or smaller, the safety pin on the drive pulley is cut off to realize the insurance; the second is the hydraulic gyratory crusher, the main shaft is located on the plunger in the hydraulic cylinder, and the plunger is changed. The volume of hydraulic oil can change the upper and lower positions of the crushing cone, thereby changing the size of the discharge port. When overloaded, the downward pressure of the main shaft increases, forcing the hydraulic oil under the plunger to enter the accumulator in the hydraulic transmission system, so that the crushing cone descends to increase the discharge port, and discharge the non-standard materials that enter the crushing chamber with the material. Broken objects (ironware, wood blocks, etc.) to achieve insurance.
