Synthetic Macro fiber
Product Description
Briture Synthetic Macrofiber is made of Polypropylene and resin the steel imitation fiber has the advantages in high breaking strength, good dispersion, and strong grip strength.
Steel imitation fiber replaces steel fiber in cement concrete reinforcement, it helps the concrete increases the tensile strength, ultimate elongation, brittleness and shear strength. Thus wildly used in supporting engineering, under-water construction, subway and highway,ect.
These fibers are wrapped in bundles of water-soluble film and packed in cartons. When used, just put the whole boxes of the fibers into concrete.
The cartons and film are dissolved in water and the fibers are evenly dispersed in the concrete mixture.

Features
1. It can replace the crack prevention and enhancement functions of reinforcement mesh and steel fiber, and the construction is more economical, time-saving and convenient;
2. Restrain the plastic shrinkage and dry shrinkage cracks of concrete, improve the freeze-thaw resistance, fatigue resistance, permeability resistance, wear resistance, fragmentation resistance, impact resistance, bending reinforcement and auxiliary reinforcement of concrete, and prolong the service life;
3. Improve the supporting performance and bonding performance of concrete to produce effective secondary strengthening effect; Provide high residual strength of concrete and improve the durability of concrete;
4. Coarse fiber is most suitable for shotcrete, which can reduce rebound, reduce cost, form a thicker shotcrete layer, significantly improve bending strength, easy pumping and will not damage mechanical equipment.

The dosage rate is dependent on the actual application however the minimum dosage range is 3kg/ m3-6kg / m3
