PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

The general benefits which the styrene acrylic polymer contributes to the coating characteristics are; durability, flexibility, outstanding adhesion to a variety of substrates, resistance to moisture, UV resistance, chemical resistance, low vapour transmission rate.

This product is made of cross-linked highly elastic acrylic emulsion, titanium dioxide, fillers and additives. In addition to its excellent properties like high-grade exterior wall latex paint, such as excellent weather resistance, color retention, water resistance and alkali resistance, etc., it also has excellent elasticity and ensures the integrity of the coating, thereby maintaining The coating has excellent decoration and waterproof functions. With new technology, the coating has excellent stain resistance, water resistance, breathability and adhesion to the substrate.

APPLICATION METHED:

A. Requirements for the based layer: the wall should be dry, moisture content <10%, PH<10; the wall should be clean, free of oil and floating dust, etc.; the wall should be flat and solid; repair and prevention of wall cracks: if Filling with elastic putty and scraping, the effect is better; pay attention to the paint after the putty layer is dry.

B. Requirements for the primer: In order to ensure the adhesion of the elastic surface coating, the primer should be used; the primer should have excellent penetration and adhesion, which can well seal the surface of the base layer, but does not form a bright paint film; After finishing the primer application, let it dry for at least 24 hours.

C. Requirements for application: Roller coating or airless spraying method can be used, If roller coating is used, 38mm wool roller is recommended; Apply 2-3 times, preferably 3 times, so that the coating has a certain thickness (dry film thickness is not less than 300 microns). If the coating thickness is not enough, the performance will be seriously affected; after the first application is finished, let it dry for at least 24 hours, wait until it is dry, then apply the second; after the construction is finished, the tools should be washed with water in time; Do not apply in rainy, windy and freezing days

D. Coating consumption: 1-1.5m2/kg (The actual paint consumption will vary due to the construction method, surface dryness and construction environment; in addition, when choosing different film thickness and pattern according to needs, the paint consumption will be a big difference.)

STORAGE:

Tightly cover the drum and store in a dry and ventilated room. The storage and transportation temperature is between 0~40℃. Under the above conditions, the retention period is 10 months. Transportation and storage can be treated as non-dangerous goods, prevent exposure to the sun, rain, and prevent mildew.
