•A water-based hydroxyl acrylic dispersion designed for formulating high-performance two-component polyurethane coatings when combined with a water-based isocyanate curing agent.
•Primarily used for topcoats and clear finishes on various metal substrates. Also suitable as a resin for integrated primer-topcoat systems.

4. Application Guidelines
•Recommended co-solvents:
•For main agent: DPNB, PNB, DBG, BG
•For dilution: PGDA, PMA, PMA+DBE (1:1 or 1:2 mixture)
•Important notes:
•High initial viscosity after mixing A/B components may shorten the pot life.
•Not recommended for paste grinding due to potential stability issues that may impact performance.
•Viscosity adjustment: If viscosity decreases during storage (due to pH drop), it can be readjusted by adding a 10%-20% diluted DMEA aqueous solution.
•Film thickness control: Up to 85μm without pinholes.
•Curing process: Baking at 80℃ for 2-4 hours followed by ambient curing for 1-7 days results in excellent salt spray resistance.
6. Packaging & Storage
•Packaging: 20KG/200KG/1000KG wide-mouth plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements.
•Shelf life: 6 months.
•Storage conditions: Store in sealed containers, protected from freezing and high temperatures. Recommended storage temperature: 5~35℃.
•Usage recommendation: Use shortly after opening.
