WL-1003 is a soap-free, self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion produced via advanced polymerization technology. It features a fine particle size, ensuring deep substrate penetration, high clarity, and superior film fullness. The emulsion delivers a pronounced anti-swelling effect, making it particularly effective on dimensional unstable substrates.

Key Properties
Excellent Film Build & Clarity: Provides high fullness and outstanding transparency for enhanced substrate aesthetics.
Deep Penetration & Superior Adhesion: Exhibits excellent permeability into porous surfaces, with strong adhesion to oily substrates, PVC, and other challenging materials. Effectively resists coating blistering or bulging.
Rapid Drying & Anti-Blocking: Dries quickly to a touch-resistant finish with good early anti-sticking properties.
Primary Applications
Ideal for formulating high-gloss, transparent wood primers, varnishes, and pigmented coatings.
Well-suited for open-grain wood finishing and electrostatic spray applications.
Recommended for coating wood panels prone to dimensional movement or swelling.
Packaging & Storage
Standard Packaging: 160 kg steel drum or 1000 kg IBC container.
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, ventilated area with containers tightly sealed. Maintain storage temperature between 3°C and 35°C. Protect from freezing.
