WL-J408 is designed for high-end architectural latex paint systems; it is primarily used to formulate premium, eco-friendly interior latex paints and serves as a cost-effective alternative to pure acrylic emulsions for producing a wide range of mid-to-high-end exterior latex paints with varying PVC levels.
