WQ-W5118 is an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer emulsion designed for superior performance in various industrial applications.

  • Excellent adhesion to metal, glass and cellulose substrates
  • Enhances water resistance, grease resistance and solvent resistance of coatings and adhesives
  • Suitable for extrusion coating, foil laminate, special paper coating, and paper sizing agent
  • Ideal for heat seal coating, bonding coating and primer for nonwoven adhesives
  • Can be used as heat-activated adhesive in heat transfer anti-sticking coatings
Application Guidelines
  • Coated by flexographic or gravure coating systems
  • System viscosity: EZ cup viscosity - #3 cup, 8 to 13 seconds
  • Recommended coating weight: 0.5 to 2.0g wet weight per square meter
  • Shake well before use to ensure product uniformity
  • Test compatibility with other substances in advance, especially considering pH value
