Performance Features
1, it can make the surface of the paper has excellent hydrophobic oil effect, and has
the characteristics of recyclability, harmless to the human body, etc., it also has an excellent
barrier effect on hot water and hot oil, and can replace PE film.
2, with excellent stripping strength and anti-viscosity.
3,The absorbability of this product is 2-3g/m2 in 300s and 4-6g/m2 in 1800s. The KIT
value of ester resistance is 9 without loss of light and 12 without penetration.
4,The recommended drying temperature is 100-150 ° C and the drying time is 20-30s.
 
Packaging and Storage Condition
  Blue plastic drum, net weight: 50 kg/drum, 120 kg/drum
  Keep it in a cool and closed place, and pay attention to anti-freezing.
  The shelf life of the original package is 12 months at room temperature. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it within a short period of time.
 
Add amount and use method
   It is generally recommended to use on the inner wall of the paper cup, and the recommended amount is 6-7g/m2 (dry film).
   If this product is not sealed for a long time, the viscosity will increase, which is a normal phenomenon. In order to ensure the viscosity stability of the product, please complete the sealing treatment after each use
   Please pre-test its adaptability when mixing with other substances, especially considering the pH value.
