200mm 12A2 Resin Bond Diamond Disc Wheel Fine Grit For Magnetic Material Double Side Grinding
Shine Abrasives 12A2 resin bond diamond disc wheels are built for double side grinding of magnetic materials, including ferrite plates, magnetic laminations and small sintered magnetic parts. The disc geometry provides a wide, flat working face, and the fine grit diamond layer produces a smooth surface with low subsurface damage on brittle magnetic ceramics.
Key advantages
Special raw materials and controlled process: narrow grit distribution diamond abrasive and a high-toughness resin bond are processed with a slow staged cure, giving a dense and homogeneous abrasive layer that behaves the same from the first part to the last part of the batch.
Sharp cutting with long service life: fine diamond grit keeps a keen cutting edge on hard ferrite without loading, and the tough bond holds the abrasive firmly so wheel life is extended even at higher material removal rates.
Stable continuous grinding: tight thickness tolerance, low runout and even bond wear keep the disc face flat, which delivers repeatable part thickness and surface finish during uninterrupted double side grinding on production lines.

Applications
Double side grinding and flat lapping of ferrite plates, magnetic cores, magnetic rings and sintered magnetic components; also suitable for thin brittle parts that require parallel faces and controlled thickness.
Recommended working conditions
Wheel speed 20-30 m/s, coolant pressure 0.3-0.5 MPa, stock removal 0.01-0.03mm per pass. A short break-in period of 2-3 minutes at reduced pressure is recommended for a new disc pair.
