Product Description
Ultrason® E, S, P (PESU, PSU, PPSU) resins are amorphous thermoplastics derived from polyethersulfone (PESU), polysulfone (PSU) and polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) that offer exceptional heat resistance. Their comprehensive range of beneficial properties enables the production of high-quality components for household and catering equipment, membrane filtration, automotive applications, and electrical & electronic applications. These materials can be processed using virtually all standard thermoplastic manufacturing techniques.
Ultrason® resins are suitable for applications where other plastics such as polyamide, polycarbonate, polyoxymethylene, and polyalkylene terephthalates fail to meet performance requirements. Due to their exceptional versatility, Ultrason® resins can effectively substitute thermosets, metals, and ceramics across multiple industries.
