Processing Characteristics
For ACX-34 model: Substrate roughening followed by primer application (EK-1200 or TC-1500 series). After drying and cooling, electrostatic spray at 20-50kV to achieve 30-80μm thickness. Sintering above 380°C for 20 minutes (maximum 450°C to prevent resin decomposition).
