Processing Characteristics
For ACX-34 applications: Substrate preparation includes roughening followed by primer application (EK-1200 or TC-1500 series). After primer drying and cooling, electrostatic spray at 20-50kV to achieve 30-80μm thickness. Immediate sintering at 380°C for 20 minutes (maximum 450°C to prevent resin decomposition).
