SOLVAY PARA Polyamide Aromatic Lxef DW-1022/Lxef FC-1022 Resin is available in all colors.
Material properties: It usually contains 50%-60% glass fiber reinforced material, which has extremely high strength and stiffness. Its tensile strength and linear coefficient of thermal expansion are similar to many cast metals and alloys. It has low creep resistance. After being maintained for 1000 hours at a temperature of 50℃ and a pressure of 50MPa, the deformation of some models (such as Ixef 1032) is less than 1%. In addition, it also has low water absorption, good dimensional stability and chemical resistance, and high tolerance to aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and other chemicals.
Appearance performance: Even when filled with a high content of glass fiber, it can form a high-gloss surface without glass fiber, with a smooth appearance and high degree of polishing effect, which provides an excellent foundation for coloring, metallization or manufacturing natural reflective surfaces.
Processing performance: This resin has very high fluidity. Even with glass fiber content as high as 60%, it can still easily fill thin walls as thin as 0.5mm. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other molding processes.
Main models: Including IXEF 1022, IXEF 1521, IXEF 1032, etc. Among these, IXEF 1022 is a 50% glass fiber reinforced general purpose type; IXEF 1521 is a 50% glass fiber reinforced flame retardant plastic; IXEF 1032 is 60% glass fiber reinforced, suitable for general injection molding purposes.
