How can I get samples to check the quality?
please send us details ,we can produce one or two piece for you.If you need pre-production samples, we will charge $50-$250 for some tooling cost.
What kind of files do you accept for printing?

Can you do the design for us?
Yes. Our engineeing department can design the packaging based on your products needed.
You also send us your ideas and we help design the box or bag.Customer designs are
always weclome.
How long can I expect to get the sample?
When the sample payment was done and the artwork was confirmed,
samples will be ready and delivery in 5-7 days.
The samples will be sent via customer's carrier account.
If customers don't have DHL,FedEx.USP,TNT such intermational express acount,
prepay the delivery cost with sample cost and we will arrange delivery by our side.
What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on order's quantity and products design.
Normaly,handmade box we need 20-35days for mass production,paper bags we need 15-20days.
We will confirm the delivery time with customer before production.
What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Terms of payment?
30% deposit T/T in advance, the balance T/T before shipping.
