Jovvi Extreme Grade uses:
Enhanced CeO₂ (1.5 wt% – 50% more than nuclear grade)
Special edge sealant (silicon‑modified polyurethane, resists hydrolysis)
Anti‑fog coating on both sides (for high‑humidity environments)
Scenario A: Tropical Hospital (Southeast Asia)
Challenge: 90% humidity, monsoon season. Standard glass developed condensation between glass and frame.
Jovvi solution: Extreme Grade with desiccant‑filled frame and breather valve.
Result: No condensation after 2 years.
Scenario B: Desert Clinic (Middle East)
Challenge: 45°C ambient, dust storms. Glass surface temperature reached 60°C. Thermal stress cracked previous glass.
