The Rohde & Schwarz FSV3030 Signal and Spectrum Analyzer offers frequency ranges from 10 Hz to 4, 7.5, 13.6, 30 or 44 GHz with analysis bandwidth up to 200 MHz. Featuring SSB phase noise at 10 kHz offset (1 GHz): -107 dBc/Hz, this analyzer includes a GUI with multi-touch, SCPI recorder and event-based actions. It supports options for analog and digital signal analysis, including 5G NR, and features a 10Gbit/s LAN interface for faster data transfer.
The FSV3030 is designed to make complex measurements fast and easy. Setting up RF parameters with touchscreen gestures is intuitive, similar to smartphone operation. The auto set feature automatically configures the most important parameters such as frequency, level and gating. The SCPI recorder translates manual operation into remote control command scripts, making it ideal for test system software engineers.
Designed for high-speed measurements, the FSV3030 benefits production lines with fast measurement times for spectral measurements, high-speed signal demodulation and rapid switching between different measurement modes. With 200 MHz of analysis bandwidth, it's ideal for analyzing wireless communications signals in R&D, system testing, verification and production.
The analyzer can capture two neighboring 5G NR carriers simultaneously, saving measurement time and enabling analysis of interactions and timing between carriers. With optional YIG bypass, the 200 MHz bandwidth is available up to the maximum frequency. The FSV3030 features excellent dynamic range, beneficial for spectral measurements and analyzing signals with high crest factors, such as OFDM signals or signals with high modulation order. Excellent EVM values better than 1% are achievable with 160 MHz wide WLAN signals and 5G NR signals.
