Featuring a 3.5mm precision connector and electronic storage of ENR calibration data, the N4002A enables fast, automated, and highly accurate noise figure measurements when paired with Keysight noise figure analyzers or PNA-X series vector network analyzers. The electronic ENR data eliminates manual entry errors and speeds up multi-frequency point calibrations.
