Product Overview
The Keysight 81150A is a versatile four-in-one signal generation instrument that combines pulse, function, arbitrary waveform, and noise generation into a single benchtop unit. With 14-bit vertical resolution and a 2 GSa/s sampling rate, it produces exceptionally clean and precise waveforms from 1 µHz to 120 MHz for pulse signals and up to 240 MHz for sine output. The integrated noise generator with selectable crest factor enables realistic signal impairment simulation for stress testing analog and digital circuits. Comprehensive modulation capabilities including AM, FM, PM, PWM, and FSK make the 81150A ideal for communications testing, semiconductor characterization, and R&D applications. Standard LAN, USB, and GPIB interfaces support seamless integration into automated test systems.
