The Tektronix DPO4054B is a high-performance 500MHz, 4-channel Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope featuring 2.5GS/s sample rate on all channels and 20 megapoint record length. With advanced waveform analysis capabilities and comprehensive debugging tools, it's designed for complex mixed-signal designs.
The DPO4054B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope enables analysis of up to 20 analog and digital signals with a single instrument to quickly diagnose problems in complex designs. With 500 MHz bandwidth and minimum 5X oversampling on all channels, you have the performance needed to capture fast-changing signal details.
The 20M point record length represents thousands of screens of information. Wave Inspector technology allows you to find events in seconds with rapid waveform navigation, automated serial and parallel bus analysis, limit and mask testing, and automated power analysis.
Digital Phosphor Technology: Provides fast insight into device operation with waveform capture rates exceeding 50,000 wfm/s, quickly revealing infrequent problems in digital systems.
Accurate High-speed Probing: TPP0500 probes provide 500 MHz analog bandwidth and less than 4 pF capacitive loading, minimizing circuit effects while maintaining signal integrity.
One TPP0500 (500 MHz, 10X, 3.9 pF) passive voltage probe per analog channel, Front Cover, User Manual, Documentation CD, OpenChoice® Desktop Software, NI LabVIEW SignalExpress Tektronix Edition Software, Calibration Certificates, power cord, accessory bag, and three-year warranty.
