The Agilent 34972A Data Acquisition / Data Logger Switch Unit consists of a 3-slot mainframe with a built-in 6½ digit DMM and 8 different switch & control modules. This product features built-in LAN and USB interfaces for easy connection to PCs or laptops without requiring additional IO cards or converter interfaces.
The intuitive graphical Web interface provides easy remote control over the network with per-channel measurement configuration, data logging, and data monitoring. For field applications, no computer is required - simply use a USB flash drive to upload data logging configurations from BenchLink Data Logger and transfer large data sets back to the computer for analysis in spreadsheets or other applications.
The 34972A is compatible with all 34970A plug-in modules and can be easily integrated into existing tests with a simple address change. The plug-in modules feature on-board screw terminals and relay closure count, creating compact data loggers, full-featured data acquisition systems, or low-cost switching units suitable for bench, network, or field applications.
