Its precisely filtered, 425–575 mV edges expose vertical-amplifier slew-rate limits and high-frequency aberrations far more sharply than conventional 70 ps or 150 ps heads. Active-Head Technology™ embeds control electronics in the connector, so amplitude and polarity are set directly from the mainframe without recalibration hassles, while the rugged SMA interface maintains traceable performance between services. Supplied fully tested and freshly verified, this pre-owned 9550 head delivers metrology-grade bandwidth verification at a fraction of new-equipment cost.
