Standard GPIB and RS-232 support automated procedures; the unit integrates with the 5725A amplifier and 52120A for high-current workloads. This unit includes the 5500A/LEADS accessory kit—shielded leads, 30 A leads, thermocouple adapters/extensions, and a soft case—streamlining connections and reducing thermal/connection errors. Calibration certificates are available on request.
