Choose from more than 20 N6700-series modules—ranging from ultra-low-noise 50 µV supplies to fast-transient 20 A sources—to create a mixed-voltage ATE supply that scales with your project. Built-in GPIB, LAN and USB with LXI simplify integration, remote sense lines cancel lead losses, and field-upgradeable firmware keeps the mainframe current well beyond its 2017 last-order date, all at a fraction of new-unit cost when purchased refurbished.
