An electronic step attenuator furnishes a calibrated 167 dB span (+23 dBm to –144 dBm), eliminating external pads for receiver-sensitivity or EMC work. Built-in AM/FM/PM and pulse modulation plus list-mode frequency hopping accelerate device characterisation, and full SCPI control over LAN or GPIB drops straight into automated benches.
