Ribbon Blender is designed to meet the requirments: fertilizer,chemical,metallurgy.etc.The product has been widely used in making organic fertilizer,chemical and the distribution systems in other industries .
Perfect for powders, granules, pastes, slurries and liquids our Continuous Mixers combine our unique contraflow blade design with optimised back mixing to give efficient and consistent continuous mixing.
Ribbon Blender has three parts:
(1)rack parts,
(2)the transmission connection part ,
(3) mix working part, including Nylon dowel pin shaft coupling

Our Ribbon Blender is easy use and maintains and clean, small occupies, high efficient and long service life; it is specialized in blending the resin emulsion with different gradations of sand particles.
Ribbon Blender machine use all-stainless steel or carbonate steel, O or U-type swivel design, a single batch was stirred amount 1-50T. Horizontal stainless steel mixers, with automatic limit switches, multiple protection, greatly improving the equipment, safety during operation.
Mixer adopt outer and inner layers ribbon blender, coiled form with the rotational direction of the material from both ends toward the middle push, and the inner spiral push with the material from the middle to the ends that to form to convective mixing.
