TQSX De-stoner separates stones and heavy impurities from paddy/rice utilizing density difference.It is mainly used to separate the heavy impurities such as stone , mud and etc from rice , wheat ,and other grains. Based on different gravities between grains and grain-sized stones . Using the difference of specific gravity and suspending speed between grains and stones, and by means of air stream passing up through space of grain kernels, the stoner separates stones from grains.

1. Compact size, smooth running, durable and reliable, convenient operation. 2. High destoning efficiency thanks to special fish-scales shaped sieve. 3. No dust leakage due to negative pressure air suction, and air volume is adjustable. 4. The inclination of sieve is adjustable from 10 to 14 degrees, hence it is widely adapted in various grains. 5. Adopt reciprocating mechanism with rubber bearing, less vibrating, low noise.

For Single machine usually the lead time as 2-3weeks , for spare parts usually 5-10days , but if the parts as customized ,the lead time will according the actually status to confirm, for complete set rice millimg line , according the capacity and actually status , the lead time will at 30-180days .
Q7: How to order the spare parts? Some machines will come with some free spare parts. We also advise you purchase some wearing parts with the machines together to stock for urgent replacement, we can send you recommended parts list.
