TQSX—56.85.100.125.168 specific gravity stone removers are mainly used in grain processing factories for sifting out the impurities such as grain sized stones and the like. With specific gravity greater than grains, from wheat and rice and from some other crops as well.
Based on different gravities between grains and grain-sized stones, and the action of upward airflow passing through the grain flow gaps, the like on the lower layer under the action of the stone-removing board which reciprocates along directional inclination move to the action of deadweight grains on the upper layer flow to the discharge end so that the grain-sized stones are separated from the grains.

The stone remover is composed of suction device for feeding, hopper, aspiration chamber, sifting unit, eccentric mechanism and frame etc.
