UV absorber IV-1084 is a thiobisphenol nickel salt hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS), which has dual functions as a light stabilizer and antioxidant. Capable of absorbing 270-330 nanometers of ultraviolet light, with a peak absorption of 303 nanometers. It has a synergistic effect with other stabilizers, especially UV absorbers.
