DESCRIPTION
RMW series magnetic vortex pump has two characteristics of magnetic drive pump and vortex pump at the same time; Magnetic drive vortex pumps belong to a new generation of vortex pumps.
FEATURES
Simple structure, clean appearance, saving space, low noise, light weight, stable running, easy to use and maintain, mainly used in chemical and pharmaceutical industrial processes to transport low flow, high lift applications.
1. Excellent hydraulic model abroad, high efficiency.
2. Imported Hastelloy C4 can, adopts roto-molding process, high precision, good quality, no welding defects, high magnetic permeability, strong corrosion resistance, fully increase the reliable and stable performance of the magnetic pump.
3. The plain bearing made of silicon carbide (SSIC, SIC30), which has high strength, good wear resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and the service life is 10 times more than that of graphite bearings; The rolling bearings are imported SKF bearings.
4. The magnetic material is made of high performance SmCo (Sm2Co17) permanent magnets, the maximum irreversible demagnetization temperature can reach 450 °C.
5. After reaching the rated speed, the axial force is automatically balanced by hydraulic equalization.
6. Compact structure, modular design, convenient to install and maintain.
7. Low operating cost and maintenance cost.
APPLICATIONS
It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum industries, to transport acid, alkaline, oily, purified, toxic, aggressive liquids, as well as recycling water. It’s ideal for transporting permeable, flammable, and explosive liquids.
