Product Description
Grooving Machine also called Notching Machine is suitable for grooving various types and models of gift boxes and paperboard boxes to make a beautiful appearance,upgrading the products to meet an ideal effect.
Product Features
1. It adopts bottom-drawing type feeder for feeding cardboard, no-stop and fast.
2. Environmental protection: clean and without noise (waste is bar type paper)
3. Adjust the slot distance with numerical hand wheel
4. Convenient to lade and unload tools, and to blade knife without unloading
5. Grinder has been installed with angle adjustment device which makes grinding fast and accurate and without any requirements for workers.
6. Wide use: Can be used in the V type Grooving of cardboard and MDF
Product Advantages
1. Slot effect: no burrs ,no dust, V Groove surface is smooth.
2. Environmental protection and energy saving: the total power consumption is 2.0 kw.been cut V groove material can recycle in whole( the cost can equal to power cost plus cutting tool cost) and low noise.
3. Production efficiency:manual plate feeding speed 8 hours can produce about 10000 boxes.
4. Durable cutting tool:with special knife grinder (simple),grind a knife only need 2 minutes,the client may sharpen yourself.
5. Adjustable cutter angle: two pieces of independent blade and fixture,different angles without customized blades,machine can adjust itself ,different cardboard thickness without adjustment can be slotted,use very convenient.
