Product Description
Automatic gluing machine is use for glue the paper for rigid box, paper box, hard cover, book cover, calendar , set up box and so on. This gluing machine is a transferring type of paper upper-side gluing equipment, combined with its own many-year experience about packing machinery, designed against the needs of the clients. it is characterized by rational structure, stable performance, convenient operation, easy replacement, and low labor intensity. it adopts heat fused adhesive powder to avoid traditional white emuision from shrinking and midew. It is an ideal equipment formedium and sized printing packing plants to make flow line production.
Product Features
1. Manual feeder gluing machine is suitable for gluing the paper which is for making book cover, rigid box, set up box, etc.
2. It has the function of gluing, automatic temperature control and 24-hours timer.
3. The draft fan under the assembly lines prevents cover paper from curling and bubbling.
4. Feeder absorption and feed are applied, which contribute to the characteristic of steady and quick paper conveyance.
5. Hot melt adhesives (animal adhesives) are used for health and environmental protection, and they also save cost because of the recycle system and the adjustable speeds.
