Product Features
1. The spindle, dividing die, brushing roll, folding edge and bubbling are all driven by servo. The operation is stable, quiet, smooth and fast.
2. The unique function of defoaming the cam and cylinder boxes twice can be selected once or twice according to the situation. The air storage adjustable bottom die lifting design can control the defoaming force at the bottom of the carton.
3. The helical gear mechanism drives the main shaft action, which is stable, accurate, firm, high output and long service life. The whole machine can realize slow action operation of playback type.
The cam mechanism can get smooth motion, and keep synchronization when the speed changes. It is easier to observe the production process when debugging.
4. Ear folding action can be used for 80MM tower, guide rail and cylinder, high precision, customizable travel, and can meet the production needs of different products.
5. The pressure of vacuum suction box can be adjusted. Different pressures can be selected for different size boxes, which is helpful to the smoothness and speed of manual suction box.
6. Design of fast mode changer, program memory function, 15 minutes to complete the conversion.
7. Import grating protection, fault alarm, fault area display, to ensure the safety of operation.
8. Thickening table, frame and CNC machining center are completed at one time to ensure the stability of operation and standardization of assembly.
