Production Features:
1.The machine adopts single arm press device and thermostatic temperature control system.
2.The machine can use various hot-melt adhesive tape, the width is usually 19mm. other width of tape have to special to make it.
3.The length of adhesive tape can be adjusted between 10-50mm length by once for the different boxes.
4.The machine simple operation, fast working speed30-90pcs/min, high production efficiency, high cost performance.
5 Boards feed from bottom, thus no need to stop the machine for adding boards.
6 Stepper motors feed hot melt tapes which are pasted onto 4 corners at the same time.
7. The mainshaft adopts servo motor to drive the gear guide rail, making sure every accurate movement.
8. Operated by touch screen, with both Chinese and English by one switch.
