This adhesive item utilizes gelatin as its primary component and is primarily employed in the mechanized manufacturing of hardcover cases within the paper packaging industry, specifically as an industrial fast-drying, high-speed hot melt glue. It boasts exceptional fluidity and robust viscosity properties. When producing premium-quality hardcovers, it is essential to dice and cut the cover paper and grey board accurately. Subsequently, our GC545 Hot Jelly Glue is introduced into the glue tank of the Fully Automatic Case Maker Machine. The machine is then set to a temperature of 75℃ to heat the glue. Following this, the cover paper is initially glued, and the grey board is positioned atop it. The grey board is then wrapped and folded inward, ultimately resulting in a high-quality hardcover case.

Usage method
Put the glue into the glue tank ,add 5% -10% hot water also, setup the water temperature of glue tank of machine between 70 centidegree to 80 centidegree. After waiting the glue complete melting, the stirred rubber is in the same state and fluidity as water, while guaranteeing that its viscosity is suitable for the viscosity required for production. Then it can be produce the hardbook case.
