RISE laminated glass is formed as a sandwich of 2 sheets of glass, between which is bonded together with a tough and thermoplastic polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer under heating and pressure. RISE make the laminated glass with various of combination as clear and/or titned float glass, clear and/or colored PVB film to meet any specialized request and application. We have the full series of equipment to make the glass laminated as Flat, Bending, Curved and Tempered, also the Bullet Proof glass etc.
RISE tempered glass is made by heating flat glass to just below its softening temperature and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air. It results the outer skins under powerful compressive stress and the interior with severe tensile stress. In consequence, the impact applied to the glass will be overcome by the compressional stress on the surfaces to assure safety of use.
1. 5 times harder than ordinary float glass, stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass.
2. Once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body.
3. It withstands abrupt temperature change of 220 Centigrade.
4. Sizes are produced as per customer request. Once tempered, it can not be cut down.
1) High quality float glass is used as the raw material, and there are not too many impurities in it. Therefore, the self explosion rate of tempered glass is less than 0.1%, which makes the service life of tempered glass very long.
2) Strong production capacity, our factory has advanced production equipment and professional technical personnel, with a daily output of over 20000 square meters.
3) Heat resistant function, 5 times more heat-resistant than standard glass, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 250 degrees Celsius, making it safer in the event of a fire.
4) Sound insulation function, with a sound insulation capacity almost twice that of standard glass, can reduce noise by 60 decibels.
5) Super strong, with strength 3-5 times that of ordinary annealed float glass, using tempered glass as balconies, shower doors, partitions, cricket courts, tennis courts, etc. will be very safe.
